What forms of payment do you accept and how will my service be charged?

We make local moves in Auckland hassle-free and affordable with our hourly pricing that includes a truck and all necessary moving equipment and supplies to ensure your valuables are protected. Our hourly rate covers moving blankets, dollies, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, assembling and disassembling equipment, and floor runners. The hourly rate may vary based on the season and availability. For long-distance moves, we also include the same supplies in our hourly rate, but depending on the distance, you may incur an additional truck fee.

We make sure that you have all the necessary information before your move. You will receive a detailed quotation and booking confirmation via email that includes the rate you have been offered, so you can be fully prepared.

We accept multiple payment options, including internet transfer and cash, to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our customers. Following your move, we will provide you with an invoice that clearly outlines all of the services provided and the associated costs.

Will you take additional care to pack my items to avoid any damage when moving?

We understand how important your furniture is to you, which is why we take extra care to pack it safely and securely. Our experienced movers wrap each piece of furniture with commercial-grade moving blankets and add an extra layer of protection with shrink wrap.

Fragile and delicate items receive additional protection with a layer of bubble wrap. For larger items, our movers may disassemble them to make loading easier and safer. You can be confident that our team will handle your belongings with the highest level of care and attention.

Should I empty all my dressers and drawers?

In most cases, we recommend removing the items inside your drawers or dressers before the move. This is because the weight of the contents can make it difficult and unsafe to move, and fragile items may be at risk of breaking. However, we also understand that there may be instances where the items inside your drawers or dressers are not heavy and will not break or shift during the move. In these cases, our movers may allow them to stay inside. We want to ensure that your belongings are safe and secure during the move, so if you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to ask us.

We understand that some of our customers may want to disassemble their furniture before their move. While this is not necessary, our professional movers are skilled at disassembling and reassembling furniture.
